How do I return an item that I purchased online?Call us toll free at 1-800-BADCOCK (1-800-223-2625) for detailed instructions on how to return your item. Your Customer Service representative will also provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) that must accompany your package. Items purchased on Badcock.com cannot be returned to our stores. If any portion of your purchase is damaged, please report it to us within 3 days of delivery by calling toll free at 1-800-BADCOCK (1-800-223-2625). Items must be returned within 14 days in unused, like-new condition. Use the original shipping materials or a strong corrugated box to return your package to us. Be sure to include a copy of your original Packing List and the RMA number. Items delivered via Standard Delivery (FedEX) may be returned by the carrier of your choice. However, for the protection of your item, we suggest using an insured carrier that offers tracking information. The original delivery charge is non-refundable except in the case of our error or if the merchandise is damaged or defective and reported within 3 days of delivery. Shipping refunds will not exceed the amount originally charged. Once we receive the item with the RMA number and ensure everything is in order, we can issue a refund to the credit card used to make the purchase. |
