In addition to Badcock’s customer satisfaction guarantee, your purchase price includes the item and any light assembly required. When more difficult assembly is required, a separate assembly fee may be charged.

Keep in mind, your purchase may be delivered to your home for an additional delivery fee.

If you are missing parts from delivery, please contact our Customer Service representative at 1-800-BADCOCK (1-800-223-2625). An agent will need to confirm your request to be sure the correct part is ordered. For best results, please have your order number available when calling. Once we receive the item with the RMA number and ensure everything is in order, we can issue a refund to the credit card used to make the purchase.
